NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the Annual Meeting and the election of the Board of Directors of the Association will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Castlegate II Event Center located at 4205 Norwich Dr., College Station, Texas.
REGISTRATION will be held from 6:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Every homeowner must be registered by 7:00 p.m.
To ensure the necessary quorum of homeowners is established, please plan to attend the meeting in person or execute your vote by proxy. Twenty percent (20%) or 169 members of the community must vote to establish a quorum. Voting shall be on the Lot basis. The owner of each lot is entitled to one vote. Absentee ballots will be sent out once nominations are closed.
If you would like to volunteer to serve as a board member or nominate a candidate, please complete the Candidate Application form and submit it on or before September 15, 2020.
