Today management drove through the neighborhood and noticed that brush was left in the back of a  home on Victoria Avenue. We’ve notified College Station Utilities and have arranged for the brush to be picked up ASAP.

For future reference, if you place brush anywhere other than the front of your yard, you have to notify CSU to pick up.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the Annual Meeting and the election of the Board of Directors of the Association will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Castlegate II Event Center located at 4205 Norwich Dr., College Station, Texas.

REGISTRATION will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Every homeowner must be registered by 6:30 p.m.

To ensure the necessary quorum of homeowners is established, please plan to attend the meeting in person or execute your vote by proxy. Twenty percent (20%) or 169 members of the community must vote to establish a quorum. Voting shall be on the Lot basis. The owner of each lot is entitled to one vote. Absentee ballots are due back to the association office by Monday, December 3rd. To learn more about the Candidates for Board of Directors, please view their information sheets.

If you have a concern that you would like to discuss at the annual meeting, please complete the “Topic to Discuss” form. This form must be received by our office by Thursday, November 29th, 2018. To ensure that we have an orderly meeting in a reasonable amount of time, no other discussion will be taken from the floor the night of the meeting.
