Shortly we will begin to send out Pool Rules and Regulations and registrations for the 2019 swim season. In order to have access to the pool this year, residents will need to agree to the rules and regulations and register their household. You will be able to choose your own personal 6-digit pin number. This will all be done electronically – you will fill out and sign the form, we will get a notification and then activate your pin number, then you will receive a copy of the agreement back, indicating you have been registered. Feel free to call the office with any issues you have with the form after receiving. Note: call the office, select option 1, and if needed, leave a message for Kelsey. Our office may be inundated with calls the first few days, so be patient, we will call you back. Our office will be closed on Friday, April 19th in observance of Good Friday.

A few things to take note of:

  • We are unable to send the documents to everyone at once by the click of a button; they must be sent 1 by 1. Therefore, we will begin the process today and it may take till April 23rd to get them all out. Your patience would be appreciated. Don’t panic if your neighbor received theirs and you have not. But feel free to question where yours is after April 23rd.
  • We are only able to send to one email address, so we will send to the first registered email address on the account. If we need to make a change, you can email or call the office to let us know so that we can resend.
  • Turnaround time will be 2 business days, so give us time. BUT we will have everyone’s pin active prior to May 1st, if they have their agreement signed by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30th.
