The pool will be staffed at all times. The staff will be hired to maintain daily needs such as light clean up, visitors, and to help with the conditions and recommendations of Gov. Abbott and the CDC, during COVID-19 times.
Please note: there will be no lifeguards at the pool.
Please note: All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and expense. All persons using the pool agree to abide by the rules for use of the facility, and agree to practice recommended social distancing and behavior recommended by the CDC and the Governor of Texas to combat the spread of COVID-19 or other infectious disease. The CGII HOA assumes no responsibility for any accident, illness, death, or injury during or after such use or for any loss or damage to personal property. Residents are responsible for the actions of their children and guests.

During staffed hours, guest passes may be used.
Daily guest passes: Guests are not considered members of the association; only active members may have guests. The number of guests allowed per member at any one time may be limited for crowd control or safety reasons and will be determined by the CGII HOA and/or the current pool management company and their staff. Members under the age of 18 will be limited to two guests at a time. All daily guests must be accompanied by a member with a valid pool access code.
10 Visit guest passes: Passes offering discounted guest entrance fees for 10 individual pool visits and are $40.00. Purchased guest passes are valid for single use. Guests must be accompanied by a member with a valid pool access code.
Guest passes may be purchased at the pool during staffed hours.
Forms of payment accepted: Check, money order, or cashier’s check. Cash payments will be accepted ONLY in exact currency (no change available).
Online credit card payment options: Available only during office hours only, for the whole pool season. Convenience fees apply $2.95 + 3.5%. You must call ahead so that we can have your guest pass transaction added to your account. Once paid, we can have the guest pass(es) ready for pick up at the pool or at the management’s office front desk. No refunds will be given.
Castlegate II Club memberships are available and must be applied for and purchased from the CGII HOA office. A club membership may be purchased for $300 and is valid for the year. A prorated/reduced fee will not be available due to unforeseen or unplanned events such as weather or global pandemics.
