NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the Annual Meeting and the election of the Board of Directors of the Association will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Castlegate II Event Center located at 4205 Norwich Dr., College Station, Texas.

REGISTRATION will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Every homeowner must be registered by 6:30 p.m.

To ensure the necessary quorum of homeowners is established, please plan to attend the meeting in person or execute your vote by proxy. Twenty percent (20%) or 169 members of the community must vote to establish a quorum. Voting shall be on the Lot basis. The owner of each lot is entitled to one vote. Absentee ballots will be sent out once nominations are closed.

If you would like to volunteer to serve as a board member or nominate a candidate, please complete a Candidate Application form and submit it on or before November 20th, 2018.

The City of College Station is hosting another Sprinkler Spruce-Up Workshop.
Date: Saturday, August 4th
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Place: College Station Utilities Meeting & Training Facility, 1603 Graham Road.

This workshop will advise homeowners on how to properly operate their sprinkler systems, and how much water is actually needed.

The pool will be starting summer hours on August 27 and will be closed Monday-Thursday and open Friday – Sunday afternoons.
