What are the pool hours?
The pool hours are from 12 noon – 7:00 p.m. daily
How do I get my pool key PIN?
We need an owner pool agreement on file for your home before issuing a pin code. If you are an existing owner who does not receive the agreement by email before April 22nd, please contact the management company at (979) 314-4234 for it to be resent. If you recently purchased a home, we will send your agreement when our office receives the updated owner information from the title company after closing.
How do I get my key PIN (rental)?
The owner of the property is responsible for registering tenants and providing the PIN to them.
What if my I forget my PIN?
Your pin was emailed to you and saved in your online owner web account. You can log on to your Owner Web Access and see the document by clicking into the Documents Tab or viewing the Notes to access the document. In addition, you may contact management’s office at (979) 314-4234 Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. You can also email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Management is not available for assitance with pin codes outside of normal business hours and the staff at the pool will not be able to provide you with your code.
Can I reserve the pool for a party?
Not at this time.
Can I bring food and drinks to the pool?
Texas state law prohibits food or drinks in the pool. However, you may have food and drinks at the dining tables so long as it is not brought to the edge of the pool or in the pool itself. No glass bottles allowed.
What if I observe someone violating the pool annex rules?
Please notify our office via email at email@example.com with the time, date, and description of the offenders and their offense. If you observe someone participating in destructive or dangerous behavior, please call the police immediately and then notify our office. Our office is available by phone from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mon- Fri. at (979)314-4234. In addition, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
